We are not a licensed Professional Engineering (PE) firm and our work does not fall under the Brooks Act (Selection of Architects and Engineers, 40 U.S.C. §§ 1101–1104). Our engineering professionals provide technical, analytical, and design support that does not constitute the practice of professional engineering as defined by state licensing boards. When a requirement calls for a licensed Professional Engineer's seal or services that fall within regulated PE practice, we partner with an appropriately licensed firm to ensure full compliance with federal and state regulations.
We've tackled the world's most complex, high-stakes programs — from war-zone environments to multi-country federal infrastructure campaigns.
Our leadership has worked alongside VA, DOS (OBO), DoW, and USAID contracting officers — with deep federal compliance and stakeholder expertise.
We embed quickly into existing program structures, delivering senior-level program controls and strategic advisory with minimal ramp-up.

"READI GOV is a dedicated partner who works hard for their clients, delivering responsive project management during construction and keeping client priorities front and center."
"Lisa Dean of Analysis Resolution was instrumental in the success of this project as well as the one preceding it. Lisa is highly organized, an exceptional communicator, and draws on her education/certifications/broad project management experience to successfully assess, direct, and close-out low voltage/ERHM projects. I would recommend her talents to anyone and look to leverage them long-term."
"A results-driven PM team that anticipates dependencies, mitigates risk early, and communicates with precision. Their value-added insights improved our team's focus and safety, while staying laser-focused on client needs and budget. Highly recommend for complex projects."
"Project management (Lisa Dean) was outstanding. READI GOV maintained effective communication with the Government, subcontractors, and all stakeholders, providing timely updates, identifying potential issues before they became critical, and implementing effective solutions that minimized project impacts. Scheduling was well managed, and work was completed on or ahead of established milestones while maintaining flexibility to accommodate changes required to support EHRM implementation."
