Our engineering professionals provide technical, analytical, and design support that does not constitute the practice of professional engineering as defined by state licensing boards. When a requirement calls for a licensed Professional Engineer's seal or services that fall within regulated PE practice, we partner with an appropriately licensed firm to ensure full compliance with federal and state regulations.

Professional Engineer — Megaprojects
Licensed PE with demonstrated experience managing large-scale commercial and federal construction programs. Provide engineering oversight, technical QA/QC, constructability reviews, and owner's representative services on megaproject-scale infrastructure initiatives.
MEP QA/QC Specialist
Perform quality assurance and quality control inspections for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on federal construction projects. Review submittals, conduct preparatory and initial phase inspections, and ensure compliance with contract specifications, UFC standards, and applicable codes. Experience with USACE or DoD QC programs required.
Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO)
Implement and enforce site safety and health programs on federal construction projects in accordance with EM 385-1-1 and contract requirements. Conduct daily safety inspections, incident reporting, hazard analyses, and safety briefings. OSHA 30 and competent person certifications required; USACE or DoD project experience strongly preferred.
Construction Planner
Concentrates on planning the overall project approach and sequence of activities. Develops methods, workflows, and logic for how the work will be executed. Creates work breakdown structures, production methods, and resource requirements at a strategic level. Outputs commonly include master plans, risk assessments, method statements, and long-range plans (e.g., 4D planning, BIM-based planning).
Construction Scheduler
Monitors performance against the baseline schedule, analyzes delays, and recommends recovery plans. Produces progress reports, critical path analyses, and schedule risk analyses. Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project and CPM scheduling on federal or large-scale commercial programs required.
Project Engineer
Support construction and technical program delivery through engineering coordination, RFI/submittal management, field inspections, and design review. Experience on federal or large-scale commercial projects preferred.
Project Manager
Lead planning, execution, and closeout of federal and commercial construction projects. Manage scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder communications while ensuring compliance with contract requirements and agency standards.
Federal Contract Manager
Manage the full lifecycle of federal contracts including pre-award, execution, modifications, and closeout. Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, coordinate with contracting officers, and support program teams on cost, schedule, and performance reporting.
IT, AI & Cybersecurity Specialist — Construction
Provide IT infrastructure, AI integration, and cybersecurity support tailored to construction and federal program environments. Experience with CMMC compliance, BIM/construction technology platforms, and securing project data systems strongly preferred.
Proposal Writer
Research, write, and edit technically accurate and compliant proposals for federal and commercial construction management and advisory service opportunities. Experience with FAR-based solicitations preferred.
Business Development Manager
Identify and pursue federal and commercial contract opportunities, build agency relationships, support capture strategy, and assist with proposals to grow READIGOV's portfolio. Candidates with established relationships and experience working with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) are strongly preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in Maintenance & Repair of mechanical systems and components for commercial, industrial, and federal facilities.
