Our story
Meet The Founder
Lisa Dean is a senior executive with extensive experience in leadership, large-scale operations, and management at both the tactical and strategic levels, both in the U.S. and abroad. She owns and serves as the managing principal of Analysis & Resolution in Southwest Florida. Lisa began her consulting career in 2013, providing program management services for private companies nationwide. In 2022, she expanded her services to the government sector and partnered with MDCSystems®, where she offers safety and engineering consulting management services within the construction industry. Lisa was recently selected for the NVSBC’s Mentor-Cohort Program, Class of 2024-2025, to gain insights into best practices within the federal sector.
Prior to her consulting career, Lisa served in the U.S. Army for 15 years taking on various leadership roles that were often intended for higher-ranking officers. She consistently ranked in the top 10% of her peers and completed two tours in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF 1 and 7-9). Her military experience included serving as a platoon leader, company commander, lead planner for over 4,000 warfighters in Eastern Europe, managed more than $34 million in property, and contracting and budget officer during combat and garrison operations. U.S. Army Human Resources Command (HRC) subsequently hand selected Lisa for the Training with Industry Program (TWI), assigned to Robbins-Gioia, LLC. She concluded her 15-year service at the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Performance Management and Strategic Planning, working on one of the ten highest valued projects costing the Department of Defense over $1 billion.
Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Conflict Analysis & Resolution from George Mason University and is an OSD Certified Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt (CLSSBB). She also graduated from the Program in Advanced Logistics & Technology at the Kenan-Flagler Business School, University of North Carolina, and completed a certification in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Lisa actively advocates for veterans facing financial hardships, legal issues, and difficulties with the VA healthcare system in her community. Her contributions include:
- Florida Department of Veteran Affairs (FDVA) – Committee Member, Women Veteran Benefits and Communication
- Florida Department of Veteran Affairs (FDVA) – SW Regional Advisor for Homeless Veterans
- Congressman Gus Bilirakis , Fl-13, Veteran Committee Member
- Wounded Veteran Relief Fund 501c3, liaison between the VA and Veterans in the Tampa Bay Surroundings.
- Veterans Counseling Veterans (VCV) 501c3, Operational Support
